🇮🇹 Detesto i coloranti alimentari....li odio a tal punto da utilizzare solo polveri naturali.


La natura ci ha donato così tanti pigmenti, perché quindi non estrapolarli ed adoperarli nell’ambito alimentare?


Penserete voi, ma scusa il verde acceso da dove lo tiro fuori in natura!? Dalla polvere del tè matcha!

Il rosa? Dalle bacche essiccate dell’açai!

Il rosso intenso? Dalle barbabietole...


🇬🇧 I honestly hate artificial colors. I don’t like them so much that I use only natural powders.


Mother Nature gave us so many pigments, so why shouldn’t we use them, then?


All right... you are gonna think... “where should I take the green color from?” From matcha tea of course!

“...pink color?” From açaí!

“...red?” From beetroot...!!
