ingredienti:
- 200g farina d’avena
- 50g farina di riso
- 200g yogurt greco 0%
- 20g olio di cocco
- 1 bustina vaniglia
- 350g marmellata fatta in casa di ciliegie

 

 

 

Procedimento:
- miscelare le farine
- unire gli ingredienti liquidi ed iniziare ad impastare
- ottenuto il panetto, metterlo 30 minuti in frigo a riposare
- stendere la frolla ed aggiungere la marmellata
- aggiungere le striscioline
- cuocere a 180 gradi per 30 minuti

- 200g oat flour
- 50g rice flour
- 200g Greek yogurt 0% fat
- 20g coconut oil
- 1g vanilla flour powder
- 350g homemade cherry jam

 

 

 

- mix the flours
- mix the wet ingredients together with the flour and make the dough
- leave the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes
- knead the dough and put in a fruit tart
- add the jam and the strips on top
- bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
